The Concept
Coordinates is a collection of fine art photography prints created around the North Coast of Ireland. Each image is titled using the precise longitude and latitude of the location where it was made.
The Location
Enter the coordinates into Google Maps and you can trace the exact place for yourself — connecting each artwork directly to the landscape that inspired it.
The Process
With a background in printmaking, I approach each landscape as a constructed image rather than a single exposure. Some works are built from multiple photographs taken over several hours, allowing changes in light, colour, sea and sky to come together in one final composition.
Collecting The Series
The series is designed around atmosphere, colour and place — stars, coastline, horizon lines and the shifting light of the North Coast. Many pieces share the same horizon line, allowing collectors to pair works together so they sit naturally alongside each other.
